SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
The application for the 2012 Mid-State Family Scholarship is now available. This year the Mid-State Community Foundation will be awarding up to $1000 to a child or stepchild of one (or more) of our members. Applications must be returned to the board office by May 4, 2012 to be eligible. Also please check out the CT Association of Realtors website for the application for the Raymond J Gates Memorial Scholarship.

SOUTHINGTON CARAVAN REQUEST FORMS
Click here for the form to submit a property for the Southington Caravan. Caravan is scheduled on Thursday Mornings beginning at 9:15. Requests for caravan must be received on the Friday prior to the requested date and payment is required with the request. Submitters are responsible for verifying the showing time of their property. Please read the new 2010 Fine Policy for Southington Caravan.
ELECTRONIC LOCKBOX AND KEY INFORMATION
The Mid-State Association is proud to offer our members the newest Technology in Electronic Keys from GE/SUPRA. The ActiveKey does not need a cradle to update nightly. This key automatically updates itself using cell tower technology. You just charge it up like a cell phone.
Keys are available at the board office. Please call to set up an appointment to get your key.
Electronic Lockboxes are also available. We are offering the Supra IBOX to our members. Please call the board office to make arrangements to get your supply.
